1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or purchasing from our store, you agree to our Terms of Service.
2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (holidays may cause delays).
• Domestic delivery: usually 3–7 days; International delivery: 7–20 days (may vary by country).
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Please record a video when opening your package as proof. Once verified, we will issue a full refund.

4. Returns & Refunds

• For personal reasons (change of mind, wrong purchase), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Returned items must be in original condition and include original packaging.
• For quality issues, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.

5. Product Information & Intellectual Property

• Product images and handmade items may have slight variations.
• All website content, images, designs, and brand materials are owned by the store and may not be used or copied without permission.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the store’s location.
• In case of disputes, parties should first negotiate in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the local court.
